Our Celebrate Health Vegan Mayonnaise 430ml is the perfect creamy and tasty alternative for lunches and dinners. It’s $6.90 at bigger retailers, but we’re selling it for $1 (BB 14/08/25).
Ingredients-
1 can Chickpeas Drained
¼ cup Celebrate Health Vegan Mayonnaise
1 Nori Sheet Finely Chopped
¼ cup Red Onion Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
10 Capers Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
½ Tbsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp White Vinegar
Sprinkle Sea Salt
Sprinkle Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Add the chickpeas to a mixing bowl and mash them with a fork.
2. Add in vegan mayonnaise, finely chopped nori, finely chopped red onion, lemon juice, finely chopped capers, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, dijon mustard, white vinegar and salt and pepper.
Taste test and add more salt and pepper if needed.
Mix in and you’re ready to serve!

Homemade Falafel Wraps for the win! 🌯
I picked up Telma’s Falafel mix and a tub of Dillicious Pickles from our shelves to whip this up. Perfect for a quick and easy lunch. And those pickles? They add the perfect crunch and zing, enjoy them in your wrap or straight from the tub. No judgement here! 🤷‍♀️
Ingredients:
- 1 bag of Telma’s falafel mix
- 1 pita wrap
- 2 tbsp of hummus for spreading
- 1 leaf of Iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices of Tomato
- Corn oil for frying ( I used vegetable oil)
- 5 slices of Dillicious pickles
Method:
1. Empty 1 bag of Telma’s falafel mix into a bowl and add 100ml of cold water.
2. Combine and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to absorb the water.
3. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Heat 1.5 cm of corn oil to 180°C.
4. Fry the balls in the hot oil for 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Remove the falafel balls from the oil and drain excess oil on paper towels.
6. Start assembling your wrap by spreading hummus on the wrap, then add lettuce, tomato, falafel, and pickles.
7. Wrap it up and enjoy
